I purchased dell laptop online , and in bill it was mentioned pre-installed mso21. But when I tried it was not there. I tried to contact dell they asked me to contact MS, it’s been 2 months and still the issue hasn’t been resolved. Dell says it is not there responsibility, they can’t help, Microsoft says seller is responsible, there was no pre-installed office I’m the system.
Amd now dell isn’t responding, i don’t know what to do now.
