From 30 july my issue is been raised today is the 49th day still getting the same answer “part has been ordered but not yet delivered.From costumer services getting the same answer we have passed on your request to higher authority & you will get the call but never received any call. Synergy guy also don’t know when i will receive my part. Area manager doesn’t have a time to speak & solve this issue.Its look like that voltas had given me air conditioner as a charity.
