I had purchased the AC of Carrier on 16 aug 2019. After purchase, installation was done by the carrier service center. after 2 years (one season) gas got leaked and the leakage was very slow. As I trusted Carrier so Raised a service request and got that corrected.

It was done on 4th Aug 2022: SR No:137644779
Findings : Leakage was at the outdoor pipe connection which the engineer confirmed. Which is an installation mistake.

Still I made full payment of Rs 4500 and corrected it as per engineer.

Now again the gas leaked. after August AC was ran for 1 month only. and again i raised a request to correct now.

Now i got a reply from service centre that thay want to take my outdoor unit and check where is the leakage, if it is in outdoor unit then it is a manufacturing defect. and again they will charge for the same.

It is a practice with Carrier to take customer for granted. This work can be done locally in 1500 but as i wanted to be corrected by professional people.last time i asked Carrier even after it was out of warranty.

I have 2 AC in my home installed. I AC is leaked twice now in 3 year and other AC i not leaked once in 5 year. This is the kind of service carrier give.

it is my sincere request to correct my AC and resolve the issue of leakage at free of cost.
