I have a BSNL broadband connection. Everyday the internet connection has one or the other problem from last 3 months . Though I complain regarding it to the Bsnl office near by , it always goes unheard . They just say “ they will look into it”. But it’s always not solved. Today when I called the local line man , he says “The problem is persisting since sometime not only for you but for many people in your area and we will try to solve it once the JE comes back from him leave”. (I called the JE also , it went unanswered and I was told he was on leave ) . Though they know there is a issue they don’t try to solve it. The company gives such horrible service but every month end they promptly send the bill and they expect us to promptly pay the same . I don’t understand when we promptly pay why can’t they give proper service for the customers . Please help . BSNL are playing with the customers .
My BSNL broadband number is 08274-247784.
Since we are in a small town we have limited internet service providers. So we cannot even change for a better one. BSNL is exploiting this situation.
Please help.
