Text of Complaint by Tejal sheth:

I had ordered Sephora products which were delivered by nnow. Since they were damaged and seem duplicate, i mailed my complaint to nnow and they asked me to return the products and agreed to refund. Now 2 out of 3 products have been picked up by them and yet, no mail or reply from their end despite frequent follow up
