Sir,
With due respect, it is to submit that I have purchased MarQ by Flipkart 0.75 ton Air Conditioner from Flipkart vide order ID: OD332557090395264100 dated 12/10/2024 but the Air Conditioner does not cooling since first week of September 2025 I have complained to MarQ then my faulty MarQ Air conditioner has checked by Jeeves team and then MarQ approved for replacement the Air Conditioner dated 09/10/2025 (within warranty period) because they don’t able to repair the product. But since then there is no contact with me by the MarQ or Jeeves instead of lodging many complaints to the MarQ helpline. I am very disappointed for this type of worst service they have ever given. I have purchased the Air Conditioner because this is Co-branded with Flipkart.
Hence, I request you to please do the needful to repair the Air conditioner at the earliest because this is a serious issue which is harassing me for a long time.
