I bought a AC in March 2022. It stopped working while under warranty in June 2022. After multiple complaints the store sent someone to service it. But they just filled the gas and left. Unsurprisingly, it stopped working again after 3 months. It was winters so I stopped using the Ac. From January to February I registered multiple complaints again and finally they sent someone and I made it clear to him to not just refill the gas and check properly if it’s damaged as the warranty will expire soon. He told me everything is fine and refilled the gas and left.
Now, It has been 1 year 3 months since I bought the AC from Pai International, it has broken down 4 times already and I’ve had to call them many many times to get it repaired.

Today I am literally in tears. It has stopped working again. I feel helpless. They have sold me a defective model and I am left sweating all night even after spending so much money. I called a third party Ac technician, he has assured me I was sold a defective piece and it has without a doubt a minor leak In the system because of which once you fill gas it works for few months but eventually it stops working again.

This is nothing but a scam, i had personally registered complaints several times and I have proof of it. Why cheat costumers like this?. Please I humbly request you to fix this issue. I truly cannot afford the repairs and I came to your establishment believing in your customer care. Please don’t be unfair.
