We had purchsed AC on 18th March, 2023. Within a month, the AC stopped working. We raised complaint with the customer care on 22nd April, 2023 vide SR no 23042226415. Since then we have been tirelessly and rigorously following up with the customer care. They put our call on hold and then disconnect after few minutes. We have raised issues on Instagram and Twitter but all efforts are futile.
