The Purchased the AC on 18th March 2023. It stopped working within a month. We raised a complaint on 22nd April, 2023 vide SR No 23042226415. From that date we have been following up rigorously calling up customer care, putting complaints on Twitter and Instagram. But the problem remains unsolved. Whenever we call customer care, they put our call on hold and after few minutes disconnect the call.
