I have bought new connection in July 2020. And installed .But now facing a problem in set up box.MR Deepak yesterday visited .And do some resetting. And said now no problem will come .but again same problem faced by me.
I again give complaint for changing my setup box today’s morning.After that I recieve call from janakpuri Delhi service center from number 9718907070. They said that they replace with used box .REFURBISHED Box .
And question and issue is why should I take old box. I paid full amount for new box.So I request you to please kindly change my box with new box. Why should we take old repair box. As a customer I pay full amount . At the time of purchase.
