Text of Complaint by Paresh Chandnani:

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am Paresh chandnani from Gandhidham, Kutch, Gujarat. I have purchased access 125 on 06/04/2022. All the services were on time and properly done the current running km is 4500.

I had my last service done on 02/04/2023. In which i was asked for air filter replacement of rs. 235 and i did that.

3 days ago the vehicle turned off again and again while driving. As soon as the speed decreases under 20 the vehicle turned off. Next day the display screen and everything doesn’t lighted up even after turning the ignition on. I started my vehicle with kick after 30_40 kicks the vehicle started but still it kept on turning off as soon as i release the acceleration.

Any how i took the vehicle to the service centre of Gandhidham (Krishna Suzuki) and asked them that within an year i am facing this issues they clarified that may be the issue is of sensor and issue of battery discharge While discussing that how it is possible that within and year all this things get failed they kept on excusing that Bs6 has this issues , Engine is heavy and due to that the issue of battery and sensors is possible.

The vehicle running km is 4500 & my vehicle is breakdown at the service centre of suzuki (Krishna suzuki) still i asked them to check and fix the problem they said they will call and update me after checking .

Now i got a call from the service centre and they are mentioning that the battery can’t be charged as it has failed and needed to be replaced which will be charged as the excide battery has 1 year warranty and it has been an year so it is out of warranty.

Regarding that sensor it is of rs. 1500/- approx but it will be covered under Warranty & for that i have to pay labour charge.

Its been 10_15 days i had my last service at that time they did a general check up also asked to pay for air filter which they told is necessary and needed to be changed within an year… i dont what kind of vehicle i have purchased that fails in year and all the parts needs to be replaced. The vehicle doesn’t have so much of running also still i have to face all this.
