Dear Sir,
i have a Artel prepaid connection with my mobile # 81050 00612. I had recharged this number by paying of Rs.149/- on 20th May for a duration of 28 days. However i am getting the message from 2nd June stating that i will have recharge again. That means instead of 28 days, the validity has been brought down to just 14 days. Hence will you explain the discrepancy please? – Shreekanth
