My son converted my number to post by mistakenly I am trying to convert it back to prepaid since 3 months they r telling me to call after 90 days so I called them after 90 days now they r telling me to visit store and I clearly told them there is no nearest store so they told they don’t have any option rather

After 30min of hold he came up with an option as there is way to convert to prepaid but we are facing issue

Then it was transferred to supervisor again I heard same drama there is no option to convert
