On 27-06-2021, I was travelling from Hyderabad to Warangal on NH-163.At Komalla Toll plaza, I recharged the Fastag of Rs.1000/- at time 13:44:04. I tried to cross the Toll plaza and was charged Rs.200/- at time 13:48:44 because the fastag was not working. Kindly help to get my money back. I am sure there are many people suffering and loosing money due to the technical glitch in ICICI server which might be to your notice. Now, I request the ICICI bank to pay back my money it was the technical issue and I am fined Rs.200/- in cash(The same receipt is attached).
