Respected Sir/Madam
I want to draw your kind attention that I am using Axis FASTag for my CAR whose registration number is CH04H0696. On 17th June 2021 around 5 pm at the NHAI SANWARA TOLL PLAZA (PARWANOO-SOLAN) it is observed by the toll staff that the FASTag is showing low balance for deduction and thereby double amount as FASTag penalty was charged by the toll plaza as cash (Rs. 110/-) and also later on message for deduction amount of Rs 55/- is received on the registered mobile number.
So, it is kindly request to you to look into the matter and resolve the issue regarding identification and malfunctioning of AXIS FASTag and also refund back the cash amount (Rs. 110/-) i.e., excess amount charged due to FASTag malfunctioning.
I have complained the issue with MoRTH/NHAI/IHMCL and Axis Bank Fastag and the same is accepted by Axis Bank (Ticket#2021061871000908)also but till date the refund has not been credited to the account and now they are not even replying to the E-mails in this regard.
So please look into the matter and do the needful in this regard.
