I have ordered the airtel fastAG from the my airtel app from my phone.
I placed the order on 25/12/2020, to which i was assured a delivery by 31/12/2020.
But till date the fastAG is not delivered and the tracker for the fastAG is being stucked at validation only till date and no progress.
Even after mailing them my issue, there is still no response from their side past 6 days.
And i have tried reaching the customer executives many times but all in vain, no response from their side.
