Hi,
my name is Ravinder kumar and my car number is (HR22Q 0001). My contact number is (+91 8000020002). i appled for fastag with icici bank 10 January 2020 and till now i didn’t received my fastag. According to bank guideline with in 8 working day we will receive fastag. I appled fastag second time because my 1st fastag was no working so i applied new fastag 10 January 2020. When i called customer care 10 january they told me you need recharge your fastag account 100 rs after we will send you new fastag i recharge my account after they apply my new fastag. After 15 days i called them again they told me with in 2 days you will receive . After 4 days i called them again they told me with in 72 hour you will receive after 4 days i called them again they told me with in 5 days you will receive. And that 1 month i paid 1000 extra tool text and i was wait on toll line 1 1 hour extra. When bank told me put 100 rs more you account i put 100rs but now whos will responsible my 1000 toll i paid extra and i waste my time. Bank need to pay me my compensation also. If there is my mistek i am responsible but what is my mistak plz expalin me. My thinking my mistak only i apply fastag with icici bank this is my biggest mistak.
more than 1 month i am waiting my fastag and paying extra toll money and wasting time also so plz provide me detail and solve my problem i am thinking to go consume court next monday they making me fool.
i am requesting people if uou want to make fastag use another bank don’t apply icici bank fastag
