Dear Sir/Mam,
On 11th Dec’2019, my vehicle met with an accident in which its windshield got crashed. The windshield had the FASTag bearing ID: 34161FA820328E40035439A0 issued through Paytm bank and was registered with Mobile Number : 9873700017.
I got new Windshield replaced in claim but the FASTag wasn’t handed over to me. Since then more than 10 transactions happened at Badarpur Faridabad Toll Plaza and I couldn’t trace out how it happened.
This has lead unnecessary deductions on my part causing loss of wealth and mental agony. Please advise how to close this account on immediate basis and if this has been fraudulently used by some person then I should raise a complaint against NH Authorities of letting such vehicles pass without authentication.
