Hello Team,

There is an issue , i have ordered a fastag from ICICI bank. but fastag was not delivered to me and shows my address was incorrect (as snap attached ). after that i was checked with ICICI and Bluedart courier customer care and found that my address was correct . so after two days, i was requested to closure of my fastag and got SMS confirmation from ICICI bank. after 5 days on 15th august courier boy was delivered the fastag at my given address , i got a call from my home that a courier was received. but i was already requested to close of that fastag. in that case there is courier company fault that they mentioned the wrong information “my address was incorrect” but ICICI is deducting rs.99.14 charges from my refundable amount.
request you to please look into this , when there is no mistake from my side then they are deducting fastag charges unnecessary from my refundable amount . even i have told to ICICI to collect unopened courier from my address but they are not agree on it.
