Text of Complaint by Ashutosh Kumar Singh:

I am fact problem with my fastag, I have added enough money in airtel wallet and still my fastag is not working and I am facing lot of problems at toll plaza, I have talked to the customer care executive many times over the past ten days and everytime they say because of system update we are unable to provide any information. This is happening from last ten 10, when I ask them to connect call to their senior executive, they keep saying we are unable to transfer the call because of system update.

How they are able to take the calls and not able to transfer it?

Please resolve this issue immediately.
