It is the serious matter, and Sorry to inform you that i have purchased a fastag approximately 2-3 month back from airtel payment bank through airtel thanks app. Unfortunately which is undelivered till now. In relation to this issue i have mailed so many time at wecare@airtelbank.com , In the begining i have received few mails that very soon it will be delivered to you sorry for the late etc. but latter on no body is giving any response. It is my humble request to you to please put your attention in this issue.
