FAST TAG WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 20.7.2021 AND THE SAME DAY IT WAS ACTIVATED AS PER INSTRUCTIONS. NEXT DAY IT WAS DEACTIVATED WITHOUT ANY REASON. I HAD TO PAY DOUBLE THE TOLL AT THE TOLL GATES LAST WEEK END AND INCURRED HUGE TOLL PAYMENT. COMPLAINTS TO WECARE@AIRTELBANK.COM WAS OF NO USE. THEY ARE HARASSING ME BY ALL THE WAYS THEY CAN. I WANT THE EXCESS TOLL PAID RS. 315 AND FAST TAG ISSUE CHARGES OF 100 TO BE REFUNDED. MY CASE ID WITH THE AIRTEL PAYMENT BANK IS 11121619 DT. 23.7.2021 WHICH IS NOT ADDRESSED TILL DATE.
