I have problem with my data, anytime I bought 1000 naira monthly plan I use to use it for at least 3 weeks I remember the time I bought 2000 naira I have to roll it over. On 29 of March I bought 3000 naira with the hope I will roll it over but it was exhaust on the 9th of April got another 1000 on that 9th of this April today 15 of April is telling me I have 100mb remaining, and all this happened when we having issue of this covid-19 lock down.pls do something about this and you people are not available when we call May be because of lock down or so. PLS DO SOMETHING, URGENTLY PLEASE
