This is in regards to Fashmode sending used, probably garbage picked clothes to customers.
This website is a total mask to do frauds and I am wondering how has the consumer court not taken down this website until now?!
Just like Ankit, I placed an order for 3 shirts combo and paid 1198 to delivery guy who also looked like a fraudster to me.
I tried contacting the logistics team also and there is no number for them too!
Ekart standa equally responsible for such frauds as the logistics must be verifying details of the merchants.
Please take action on this!
