I had placed order with Fashion Dial for ” 3 Formal Stylish comfortable shirts for Men” size being XXL vide order no FD 15105 for Rs 999.
But I received the parcel yesterday with different and wrong items having used /old lower sized shirt .
Fashion Dial is responding my repeated complaint for refund or replacement.
1. thre shirts of casual type and not Formal type and used ones
2.The size of the shirts are 0nly XL and small.
Being wrongly despatched , kindly make arrangements for collection of the items and replacement with correct ordered type at the earliest , so that the reputation of Fashion Dial is maintained.
