Dear Team ,

I would like to inform you that I have paid 2 time my fare to you on below trip on same day ,one paid on 211 which was actual fare and one was Rs , 450 by mistakenly , am attaching Screenshot of both payment and refund my 450 amount . I have followed ola company but they didn’t hole 450 access amout , only they offered voucher of 267 , apart from this i already talk to him that transfer my this amount on my second number because my registered number disconnected ny company ,but they denied ,now i want my hole money 450 . please take action and ask to refund.
