I ordered a fountain for fish tank and waited 3 weeks for a 2 dollar fidget spinner to arrive. The fidget spinner had same tracking number as fountain so it would appear delivered. Then was told that was a complimentary gift because they were out of stock. Was told they issued a refund. After waiting several days for refund they told me the fountain was on the way. This is so unfair.
