Text of Complaint by Shobhan Srinivas:

On 31st december 2022, my mother transfered 1500 rupees, it got debited from my mothers account, but it did not reflect in my fampay account. i raised a complaint and gave all the required documents, but it has been more than 2 months but still no reply. i have been sending lot of email but they just send the bot email we are looking into it. we called IDBC bank support also but they just lifted there hand. This is a fraud for young boys account.
