Text of Complaint by Jagjeet Chadda:

My number 9911352299 idea 16 years old in December 2020 when I visited the vi mini store at basant lok near priya pvr to pay my bill which exactly don’t remember but I think I was 600/- plus and my plan was of 299/- the customer care executive told me to take another number and convert it to family plan of 399/- on his saying that my bill will be for both number below 600/- the number taken was 9582982299 as primary number on his saying that the first number 9911352299 can not be the primary number will be secondary where as I wanted 9911352299 as primary he assured me that I can put in a request after about 2 months and get 9911352299 as primary which I did and was receiving the bill on 9911352299 for more than a year he told me that after activation of 9582982299 I will receive a SMS which I have to send it back the process was done by me he never said anything more on visiting your store at jmd regent square where I had visited to transfer my eldest deceased son number 9891990123 to my name necessary formalities was done and the number was transferred to my name I asked them to link that number to my family plan whic the told me that I will have to take fp of 999 and the request will have to be done on phone my son number individual plan was of 499/- at that time my fp was of 499/- the told me that separate rental will not be charge for 9582982299 and 9891990123 which I did and they told me about my first fp that I had been paying separate rental of 199/- for 9582982299 for about nearly 15 month I have paid 299/- extra due to wrong information of your mini store executive I am 70 years old with no source of income still kept on paying my bills without default I had mailed you appellate for resolving my matte in April after activation of my 999/- plan it’s nearly 24 days when I sent the first mail but received call but without any resolution just putting the ball in the customer court number of mail were sent for the same complaint reply was that mistake was mine and 9582982299 has to pay separate rental where as your 199/- plan was removed I have no source of income but managing to pay my bill it would be very kind of you if you are able to resolve my matter at your earliest
I would really appreciate your kind gesture in resolving my matter as it on mails sent appellate I have not been to get the matter as they blaming twice before 2 mistowere made regarding Redx plan and Amazon prime whic is free they charge n me the rental but both the issue was resolved but this is lingering on
It would be kind of you in helping me in resolving this issue
