Text of Complaint by Loyd D'Souza:

I was using family plan in my Airtel number (9108926910) for one year. In the month of September 2021 I had requested for cancellation in aitel office at pandeshwar circle Mangalore, but airtel executive asked me to pay additional money for next 3 days after cancellation. And I had paid addition payment for 3 days after cancellation of my plan and sim. Now I have ported all my sims to jio and aitel staff are continuously calling and threatening to us to pay rupees 79. I am not ready to pay this amount because when I had asked same thing at Airtel office they have already charged us for 3 extra days. Kindly help me
