Dear Sir/Madam,
This is very frustrating and disappointing to report complain about bus Owner Deepak Travels and bus travel agency https://www.travelboutiqueonline.com for suffered a lot due to their miss commitment and unresponsiveness service.
One month back I have booked the bus ticket for my family members to travel in Bus from
Deepak Travels through portal https://www.travelboutiqueonline.com/ and got confirmed ticket.
But on the day of journey since morning we were continue trying to contact Bus Owner, both Red bus & Travelboutique call centre whole day to verify my boarding point and departure time details but
Did not get any positive response from their side and suddenly in last moment got to know bus ticket was cancelled and due to Diwali Festival it was very hard to have any another way struggled to get refund but we want to raise complaint againts travel agency regarding fraud they did in last momement of travel.
I am requesting to take strick action about them.
