My FamApp account has been blocked for several weeks now. I can’t access my money, it’s stuck. Can’t login to my account or do anything. Even after constantly reaching out to the customer support through emails, no solution has been provided. They just keep on saying that my account has been restricted based on instructions from a law enforcement agency but never provide any details on why it was blocked and how to unblock it. I’m just a student and that money matters to me a lot
