I was using Airtel service before shifting to my current office at Turbhe, Navi Mumbai till April 2018. Since there’s zero network of Airtel at this location (which was informed to Airtel Representative), I had to switch to Vodafone services which I was using till November 2018. Recently I started getting continuous calls from Customer Care Representative – Ms. Namita (8454004109) that Airtel services/network issue in my area has been rectified and therefore I decided to go ahead to trust Airtel and took their connection again. My number – 9886155662 was ported from Vodafone to Airtel on 10.11.2018 and when I checked the connection at my office on 19.11.2018 (after returning from Holidays), I was dissapointed as nothing had changed. The network issue is still there as even the Technical representative of Airtel – Mr. Sachin who came for inspection on 20.11.2018 concluded that there’s no solution. In view of the same, I would like to file a complaint against Airtel Services who on the basis of falsified promises have sold their services which have left me with no option but to use this services for the next 90 days before porting out to any other services and also making payment for the same without using their services since it’s a postpaid connection.
