Hello,
I had raised a complaint on 29th Jan 2020 that i was charged Rs 130/- cash for each sim card exchange for 9922984466 and 9922118333. When i asked for receipt of Rs 260/- paid cash, i was refused by the store manager that they he said they dont give receipt to prepaid customers.
So I had raised this complaint on the same day on 29th Jan 2020.
I received a call from Vishakha to which i had replied giving details of the date, time and the idea outlet where i had paid the money.

·Executive’s name: I think it was the owner wearing white shirt & bald.

I was assured that the money will be refunded to me.
Since i had changed this sim after more than 90 days i am not entitled to be charged for sim exchange as per your customer care on phone , but still i have been falsely charged and that to extra and has not provide with any reciepts also.
Its been more than one month. Expecting your support.
