Hi I had bought a printer for Croma 2 years back.
Additionally Croma sold me the warranty from Onesitego saying it will cover everything.
I was not briefed about any term and condition. There was no information given to me whatsoever regarding the terms.
A few weeks back my Printer stopped working due to some Ink Spill Over. When I contacted Onesitego they rejected the request saying that its not under warranty coverage and they can not fix my printer.
I now feel i have been fooled and cheated as I was not made informed about this when I was buying this additional warranty. Also, I feel it is a bigger problem as there would be many more like me who would be buying the warranty thinking their product is secured but when in need these companies will not help.
At the scale at which these companies operate this type of selling would be causing a lot of damage to economy as well as they are just accumulating money and not providing any value.
