Respected Sir / Madam,
I the undersigned, would like to inform you that, Bajaj Finance Company has deducted two EMI’s from my HDFC bank account falsely & without my authorization dated 1st April 2020 (5081 INR) & 2nd May 2020 (5000).
Back ground:
I visited Orthosquare Dental Hospital, Kharghar in the month of February 2020 for dental cleaning. During my visit, Dr. Pranali Sirmukaddam suggested me for Dental Implant surgery. I told her that I will come back to her with my decision for dental surgery in the last week of April 2020. After that visit, she contacted me several times & forced me to opt for the Bajaj Finance EMI Loan for dental procedure. After her follow up with me for several times, I told her that I had Bajaj Finance EMI Card with me (which I purchased in FY 2014 from Bajaj Finance). Then she completed all the hospital formalities with Bajaj Finance & told me that she is going to register EMI loan as a stand by proposal & she will consult with me in last week of April 2020 for my final decision (go / no go) on dental procedure.
Meanwhile, Bajaj Finance Company completed all the loan formalities with the help of Dr. Pranali Sirmukaddam without consulting me and deducted the 1st EMI on 1st April 2020 without my authorization.
On the same day, I informed to Dr. Pranali regarding this transaction from Bajaj Finance in my account. I also told her that neither any dental surgery was done by Orthosquare hospital nor the bill was generated to me. She agreed on the same day that EMI was mistakenly charged to my account and she will inform to Bajaj Finance company to stop the EMI’s and cancel the loan agreement & will revert the money in my account. Till date the loan agreement is not cancelled. Moreover, Bajaj Finance company has deducted second EMI of INR 5000 from my bank account on 2nd May 2020. I am not getting the support from Dr. Pranali in this matter, and she is giving random answers now & misguiding me.
