At time of connection, sales team said if you pay 1500 then you will get first 30 days free then next 30 days bill will be adjusted with this payment and from 3rd month onward you will get the bill.
Now Airtel billed me in the 2nd month only after adjusting the first month bill from that 1500 rupees. I called them thrice but they are saying that 1500 was for installment and you’ll be charged from 2nd month once the 30 days free period is over.
I again called the same sales team member again today and he said the same what I explained in first para. No one from Airtel is ready to listen and investigate, they are rigid that our system is correct and you’ve to pay the bill amount.
