Dear Authority,
I applied my number 9650899726 for port to Airtel from Idea. After completing the formalities at Airtel store in Maldahiya, Varanasi, they asked me to pay 500 for First Recharge. They said we have recharged your number, once it got port automatically recharge will be done.
My port was scheduled for 16 Jan, time 10:30 pm, but I didn’t received any recharge till date. I got my recharged done myself and my money is with the Airtel which they lied to do.
I want strict action against them as they are bluffing customer and charging on false ground.
Pls take action and resolve my concern on priority.
