False promised were made , they charged 40,900 rupees but the service promised and the one we received was different . they made false promises , gave hotels at wrong location , Not provided services we asked for . We had to pay from our pocket although we had travel package. Hefty amount was not billed and went to brokers pocket , it was not even billed.
