Dear Sir / Madam,
I have received a call on 2nd December 2021 from +911409766188 number regarding upgradation of my simply save card to prime card. At that time they have informed me that the new upgraded card limit was ₹:42000/-. So i accepted to upgrade my card. I got the dispatch details sms and after that i have checked the credit limit but it is still ₹:35000/- so i hasnt taken delivery of the new card. But the annual charges of ₹:2999/- + taxes hasbeen debited from my credit card. Regarding this i have contacted the customer care and raised the complaint many times and every time the complaint has resolved saying that they have not given false information regarding card limit. The last complaint no i made was 1154729523288 this time also they resolved the complaint saying the same answer. I have the call recording of the call when i they called me regarding the upgradation. I am attaching it for your reference. Please look into the matter seriously and do the needful at the earliest.
