I had so much of trust on the network from you but you people bluffed and cheated the customer for giving false promises and playing withthe trust worthy customer, really don’t liked it.

       I have purchased 2 dongle i.e 4g hot spot devices from Airtel showroom after proper information from your sales person.

Buy the 4g dongle by paying advanced rental of 6months for 2400 and get the free dongle at no cost under prepaid offer..

By this promise I purchased 2 dongles and now I realized that I have been cheated from you guys and lost the trust and faith from Airtel forever.

By bluffing,cheating customers,  I understand that the Airtel lost his glory of olden days because of which you people are playing with us by doing cheap tricks.

I hereby confirming that I will disconnect all my Airtel services including DTH, mobile and data cards and I will request my near and dears and also in social networking not to go with Airtel for their false promise and not trust worthy service provider..

I request you to don’t cheat the customer in future by giving false promise and don’t play the cheap tricks. We public are smart enough and educated.
