This mail was sent to Airtel ?
Dear Sir/Madam,
Airtel Landline No 033-46035550
With utter displeasure I am writing this mail to you though I know I shall not get any positive response from your end in line with the standard of service you provide to your customers. When I took the connection in 2018 it started with a false promise of giving a free handset and with enhanced broadband speed which were not fulfilled after numerous reminders.
Now, my broadband and landline connection was totally unavailable for more than 21 days due to some technical issues of Airtel. However I was continuously receiving calls from customer care executives to pay the rental. I told them that since my line was not activated for more than 3 weeks, why should I pay the  full  rental for the current month.  In so call “recorded” line, more than one customer care executives  promised me that the bill amount will be reduced and I shall get a sms with the revised bill amount. I knew that the executives of Airtel are totally incompetent and lier. Again, proving my notion correct, I kept on receiving SMS  from Airtel for payment of the full amount of Rs 707/- with a threat of disconnecting the line. And finally, the line got temporarily disconnected from 20th June.
This is one example of worst service that a customer can expect from a company who proclaims to be customer friendly!!!!
I shall  consider myself fortunate enough if I at all get any response from your end, let aloan resolving my issues.
Regards,
Deb Lahiri
