Text of Complaint by Indrajithsiva:

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Indrajithsiva s. I’ve enrolled for a Post Graduate Program in Electric vehicle design and development course on Skill Lync a edtech company.
I have paid Rs 5000/- as registration fees and i was informed about 22 months EMI of Rs. 7955/month for 22 months. After that i followed every procedure of Eduvanz (loan partner of skill Lync)

I was a working professional and so thought of doing this course as I can manage 7955 EMI.
At the time of joining the sales person say any words to take the course. At the time of joining they gave me a false promises just by words to take the course. but now they told me you have any written documents or mails from our end. they asked me like that.

I visited their office recently they have the worst team in that they are speaking in rude manner. They just saying the same words repeatedly. we just internally check with team but they don’t conclude.
At the time of visiting their office, one person from Hyderabad came to their office to cancel the course. They make an appointment to visit in Saturday. but they told that person , the team is not present today you come to office between Monday- Friday. the person told me I’m came to Chennai for the particular reason but you told like that to visit in Monday.

Note : Terms and conditions of skill lync where the policy is like : All course purchases are NON- REFUNDABLE on any type of payments made including, whether pre-booking, instalments or full payments.

When i did the all loan procedure from eduvanz where i signed a e-NACH mandate.
Provided them aadhar card, pan card and e-NACH mandate signature on there form and submitted online.
And disbursal process was done but the money didn’t came in my bank account.
I just had to pay EMI’S. Which was not possible as i lost the job.

So i raised tickets on skill lync support system but it seems they are not willing to help and repeatedly saying cancellation is not possible.

And from there on eduvanz people are calling me frequently and asking to pay the EMI.
They are continuously calling me for EMI and harassing me by saying our executive will visit your residential address for collection etc.

Now what to do..
Please need a help
