I am raising this complaint as very much dissatisfied with Airtel customer care as well with the false promises made by Airtel to me as customer and not fulfilling the same.
Following email I sent to Airtel CEO today i.e. 25 Dec 2021 (hope it reaches and he will look into this)
Dear Gopal,
I am writing this mail to you as I am very much disappointed talking to customer care (hierarchy as follows):
Divya T (Sr Manager)
Pavitra R (Supervisor)
Above 2 really need training how to talk to customers.
My issue: I am associated with Airtel since 2007 with corporate postpaid connection. The current postpaid plan when I took from Airtel, I was promised that I can take 2 add on numbers alongwith the primary number I hold with Airtel. At that point in time I was not in need for the 2nd add on SIM card hence I didn’t take. But today I need the 2nd SIM and for the same reason I called Airtel customer care for which they are not able to give me satisfactory resolution.
Please can you look into this or delegate to someone who can work on resolution and provide 2nd SIM card as promised to me by Airtel earlier.
