Hello Team,

31st March 2023, I ordered a total of 3 products from Amazon.

– UPC upgraded hands-free squeeze microfiber flat spin mop system – Received a damaged product so updated the review and asked for an exchange
– Two stainless steel airtight kothi/drums – One Drum lid came with a lot of scratches so did an exchange and in another product, the Drum bottom quality was not satisfactory so asked for Replace.

April 14, 2023 – It is declined with “Package attempted – package not prepared”. (Note – I don’t know how the returning partner knows about my packages without visiting my home. )

So the second time I applied to return all three products. But again it is declined for the same reason without picking up or reviewing the package. (Note: I did not get any calls on both days.)

Again I did the same and get to know the courier company simply rejected stating no more orders in that area to deliver so we are rejecting it due to this reason.

Now all three product’s return day was expired. Total worth Rs. 3546

Very bad experiences with Courier and Amazon. so kindly do something to resolve this problem I want my money to be back.

Request – I don’t know who is going to be responsible for my waste of time. Hence, kindly assist me with this to get back at least my money back.
