Text of Complaint by BIJOY GEORGE:

I recharged my tataplay (subscriber id 1111390702) on 28.06.2022 for Rs.6200 with one year subscription. This is charged based on the promise from the customer care executive that one month subscription will be refunded (cash back offer) within 3 days if annual recharge is done. The offer also included upgrade of TATA play HD set top box and one month Tata Play Binge Free Trial Offer. On 30.07.2022 the technician came and replaced the existing HD set up box with new TATA play HD set top box. One month free Tata Play Bing offer continued till 29.07.2022 and the same was discontinued on 29.07.2022.
Despite several complaints, the promise of cash back offer has not been fulfilled till date. The company should be held accountable for such misleading offers and one month subscription may be refunded.
