I ordered a sofa on 10th November. The delivery date was showing as 28th November. When after 13th November, order status didn’t change, I started calling support enquiring about my order.
Till 28 November, I’ve called the support everyday flagging the fact that the order status is not changing even one day before delivery. I ask them to cancel it if delivery is not possible by 28th, But I was always told that the product would be delivered by 28th and that post 24 hours of ordering, I can’t cancel the product as I’m not eligible for refund. On 28th morning, when I call the support again, they till me that there’s a revision in the delivery date and tells that the new date is 22nd December. I raise multiple complaints and a dedicated agent is assigned who assured me that he would follow up with the case and would get the delivery done by 8th December. Today’s 11th and he is also stating issues and then moving the delivery date to next week.
