Respected Sir/Madam,
I had bought an Jio fiber connection for period of one month as there trail offer somewhere in the month of September 2021, and it worked very well during there trial offer.
After month was about to get over I decided to continue there service and did all those things as per instructions of there sales executive who told me to pay entire amount in advance for six months,as the connection provided by them is pre-paid services and services provided by them will discontinue as soon 6 month’s are over but after 6 months services were continued and invoice was raised, same was updated to there sales executive Mr.Ajay, he suggested me to ignore this invoice and to buy new Jio fiber connection with set top box to avoid double payment for cable an internet, and for early connection he said on disconnection old device will be collected and all dues will be adjusted but the same didn’t happen and invoice amounting to 266/- was raised.
The new Jio fiber with set top box was good initially but after few days it started giving problems of network, which was initially for 2 to 3 hour’s but this started happening nearly alternate day and network started to disappear almost for 24 to 48 hour’s because of all this my work was affected and I faced lot’s metal troll.
During this period I have almost paid 8000 to Jio fiber but I have never got the desired satisfaction in this situation I need and compensation from Jio fiber for not providing required services and providing wrong information to customer’s through there sales executive.
