False promise given by Tata Play Fiber for recharging OTT+Fiber

Text of Complaint by Sudheer:

I am an existing customer of Tata Play Fiber from June 2020. Tata play fiber is advertising to get 26 OTT subscriptions along with broadband recharge. I recharged the account recently on June 2nd 2023 for getting OTT subscription+ broadband services.
As per their instructions, i downloaded Tata Play Binge app and logged in with registered mobile number. I dont see the plan getting activated to watch the OTT. I raised multiple complaints, shared the proofs to Customer care executives, but there has been no help or solution.
I want this issue to be heard and addressed and facing this type of issue from a company like TATA is really disheartening.
