Talked for a hour or so with an agent and was promised a 50% refund for the order and was asked to contact Amazon when I receive the item and I will receive the refund with no further questions asked. Chatted with 2 agents on the Live Chat and talked to 5 different people on the hold( hence yelled at twice and hung up once). Amazon tells me that this is the wrong information and they cannot give that promise.
